Most likely those 2 parts are not Monaco specific. Toilet is likely to be Dometic, blind maybe MCD. You can find replacement parts for both.
Check your manual to make sure what brand you have for the 2 part, and search google them.

The trick with replacing the Magnum Opus is the toilet base footprint. A lot of the newer toilets are 2 bolt mounting versus the 4 bolt original. Given there is not a lot of mounting space it is also important the new toilet mounts firmly to the floor and doesn't touch the wall behind the toilet. The Magnum Opus also sits Above the tile floor and that platform space is not tiled like the rest of the floor. I discovered these facts having a new toilet installed. I would be interested in hearing about Dometic's recommended replacement,

I would repair the Opus toilet. They are very nice and considering that the most common issue Is the control board which Paul Wittle has reproduced it is likely a plug in repair.

My 06 Knight came with two Thetford Silence Plus electric toilets with built-in macerators. Parts are available from Thetford. I’ve replaced the water inlet solenoid valves, and upgraded the wall control panels from 1-button to 2-button to conserve water.

Try reaching out to Northwest RV Supply. They are in the same area where your coach was manufactured and purchased a lot of Monaco's discontinued parts. I even found the electrical schematics book for my 2008 Destiny.

I'm looking at purchasing a 2002 Monaco Signature which appears to be in very good condition. I know of two components which will need repair so I called the Monaco parts center (REV) to see if the parts were available. Unfortunately, I can't get the parts through them so I'm wondering what my options are if any. I'm also wondering if buying this older coach is a bad investment if the parts are going to be hard to come by?
I would really appreciate you sharing your experience and advice in sourcing parts for the older Monaco coaches.
If it helps, the two parts I'm after include the electric toilet and the electric blind over the kitchen table.
Thanks
-John

We own a 2001 Diplomat. I installed an electric toilet and it wasn’t Monaco’s toilet but it works very well. I found that all the components in the Motor home were easy to replace and you can do well , if you do the work yourself. As far as the blind goes , it seems that all motor homes need blinds and you can install them . Our ceiling has a space that contains lots of wiring for lights etc. , so power isn’t a problem{•~•} Cheers!

Toilet repair
I have a 2003 that stopped flushing. Found one of the little wires from the lever switch had broken loose from the solder. A little RE-soldering was all that was required and has work flawlessly for years. Yours may be a simple repair too. Check it out before buying a new board.
The rubber seal at the discharge is a very simple design but seems difficult to find. But you can find them if the water in the bowl leaks down too quickly.

Call North West RV Supply in Eugene, OR. They have all sorts of Monaco parts on hand and if anyone has a particular part, it will be them.

Toilet
On my toilet when it quit working all it was is a cold solder crack and I just touched all the solder connections with my soldering iron and redid them. When I hit the right one the toilet flushed or if you use a magnifying glass you can usually see the crack in the connection. Try it you got nothing to lose.

The cracks I was referring to were on 8 and 10 bag chassis. The repair/welding shouldn't be near as expensive. The poor control arms were on 4 bag. But we should vigilant to remind prospective and current owners of control arms as well.

If the toilet is a Techma then both parts and complete units are readily available.
As for the blinds I'm not sure, but I bet there are some that will fit.

JMonaco - post #6 mentioned checking the rear trailing arms on your Monaco coach. I believe it was the 2002-2006 years roadmaster frame that had the issue with the arms suddenly cracking while driving thru BFE, leaving you stranded and at the mercy of a flat bed trailer tow ($3-4,000). My coach is a 2004, I replaced my arms after the right side cracked in half, fortunately it dropped 3” and stuck on the lower plate and I was able to limp home. New ones are found only at Source Engerning Inc. in OR, 458/207-9442, contact Jim. They also have re-engineered parts for Monaco coaches that are far better than original parts, and I would not use some original parts due to known failure.
Look under your coach in front of the rear tires. If the square arm under there makes a dog leg bend from the frame to the lower part of the axle, that is the old prone to break arm. If it is a hefty black painted bar with no bends and has a triangular mount to the frame and it almost points downward & forward much lower than you’d like, then it has been upgraded to a much more stout arm.
There are many sources of parts out there and those great people on this website can point you to hundreds of after market manufactures if you ask or search posts. Also try salvage yards, like Arizona RV salvage. Request parts on their website “info@rvyard.com” or call 602/272-0301. Happy glamping.

OP: we needed to fix the shade on the driver's side of our Signature when we purchased last year. The original manufacturer of the shades is still in business. We sent our shade to them and they did a repair with quick turn around and easy to deal with.
They are:
The Right Track, Crofton MD
I have posted this info before but it's always good to have.
Good luck.
