Monaco Slide out seal

Does anyone know where I can get a new bottom slide out seal for my 2001 Monaco Dynasty? It looks like just a 3-4Ē wide tapered strip of rubber. Havenít had any luck finding the exact style. I know someone on here knows, Iíve never been let down before!

A couple of places you might check.

I did get a bottom seal for the kitchen slide for the dynasty from Veurinks last summer. They are quite responsive to your needs.

Hope this may help, Happy Trails Bert

All coaches are different, but hereís mine if it will help.

It uses a 4" wide wiper seal with no bulbs. I removed the aluminum retainer, removed the old seal, and using the 5/8" attached 3M tape I stuck it in place and reattached the retainer.

My seal from the factory was installed too high, causing it to curl up against the bottom of slide, and not flip back and forth as the slide moved in/out. Not a problem when new, but after 10 years it developed a set and would not seal tightly. Sitting on my couch, I could feel a draft at my ankles. I installed the new one lower so it would flip back and forth.

Colaw RV had the seal for $2.89/ft a year and half ago. REV Group wanted $6.xx/ft

My wiper seal was a 3". found one on Amazon. On a side note, if you are replacing seals check you slide rollers. I have 4 rollers. Two of them were carrying all of the load and were totally worn out. The plastic protector sleeves were getting destroyed and the bearings getting rough. Two of the rollers look like they have hardly ever been used and were not touching the floor. I am guessing it was this way from the factory.

Thanks for the pictures. My Dynasty doesnít have the continuous metal flat bar. Only fender washers on each screw. I think I will add a stainless steel flat bar like you have.
