Monaco Slide Out Troubleshooting

Hello, I have a 2009 Monaco diplomat DP that the hydraulic slides won’t come in. The pump operates but the valves won’t open. The leveling system works. Would the problem the the wiring harness near the pump or something completely different. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

All the slides?
Check fuses?
Check for voltage at each solenoid when pressing buttons. Unlikely all solenoids have failed so depending how it’s wired there might be one main fuse feeding all the solenoids.

I’ve checked the fuses and yes it’s both big slides in the front. The hydraulic jacks work the the pump comes on at the switch but the valves seem to not open. I also got power from the solenoid at the motor to the wiring harness the power to and from the switch but no power at the coils to open the valves.
