Monaco slide seals

I am in the process of replacing my slide seals and the question is is it better to cut the seals and install in 3 pieces that is 1 across the top and 2 down the sides or is it better to try and bend the seal around the 2 top corners. The seals currently on my slide are bent around the corners and are pulling away leaving a gap in the corner which does not seem correct

I would do it like the factory did it. One piece.

I am in the process of ordering my seals, on one thread I read one guy cutting a 45 degree angle, then used a bonding agent to glue the 45, making it one seal. I think that is what I will do, that gap bothers me. good luck. BTW where did you find your seals? thnx

Slide Seals

I purchased my seals on AMAZON AP products 018-478 Double seal bulb and I think I am going to install in 1 piece. these seals seem flexible enough to go around the corners and cutting a 45 and making a watertight fit

Ken, If we are talking about the outside flap wiper that touches the bottom slide floor. Yes I have.

I just purchased a generic seal the correct width. I am not sure how you are suppose to get a complete seal at the corners/ends of the floor where the seals are all overlapping. Seems like a pretty poor design on mine.
