Solarized and rolling both could be caused by a bad signal. You either have a bad connection, a broken wire, or the camera is failing.
It's possible, but not likely, that the problem is in the monitor. I'm not familiar with it: does it have connectors that would allow you to temporarily swap camera positions? If you can swap the inside and outside cameras at the monitor, and the problem remains with the inside camera, you can safely say that the monitor is not the issue. However, if the problem is now on the outside camera and the inside looks good, then you know the camera is good and the problem is with the monitor.
