Move Lockset on bay door to new latch assembly

I need to move the lockset (TrImark) on a broken latch assembly on a bay door which has a fush mount assembly with a paddle handle to a new latch assembly. Slammed the door once to often on bay door.

Does anyone know how to remove the lockset from the latch assembly?

The lockset can be removed from the latch assembly with a tumbler removal key. You can get one trough Trimark. The removal key works just like a normal key except that it will remove the whole lockset from the latch assembly when inserted and turned.

Another option might be to get a new door handle through Trimark. If you provide them the code off of your current key they can ship you a door handle with a lockset in it to match your existing key.

Good Luck,

Andy
got the latch assembly from Trimark and the gave me three blank keys with number KS501. I don't know why they would send me blank key blanks. I can run over to a RV shop and have them change it for me. I appreciate the assistance now that I know what I need to do.
