My Dash Is Falling Apart

I have an '04 HR Ambassador. The dash has three panels which contain warning lights. These are held to the dash with what looks like magnetic studs that are failing. I have secured these back to the dash face with velcro, but it's not working well. Does anyone have experience with these fasteners or have a suggestion for how I might re-secure them to my dash?
