My Diplomat is ready for painting

Our Diplomat needed some TLC when we bought it to include removing the 3M mask and getting the caps and back painted. I removed the mask the first week (last November).
I'm finally getting the painting done. My clearcoat was delaminating over the entire back of the MH. We had to go down to primer.
My DW knows that I wanted a MH with an exterior in the 8-9 range (out of 10). After the painting I feel like it's going to be at least a 7 and for the age maybe a little more.
We did lose the graphic and I'll need to try and find the decals. I may try a sticker or wrap for the graphic if it bothers me in a month or so.
Sorry I can't tell you the price. The owner of the shop is my DW's cousin. They're letting (lol) me do all the prep (DA work). If I had known how much work it was I might have left it or just paid to have it done entirely. It was even more work than removing the 3M mask.

p.s. Sorry the pics are rotated. I don't have time to fix ..... have sanding to do.

Fresh tail and running lights will brighten it even more.

Thanks. I'll definately plan on doing the headlights. I think I'd like to do the parking/running lights as well. The tail lights looked newish if I remember right.

Genset cover is done. Might need a little Denibbing or what ever it's called but looks good. Color very close with the naked eye.

Looks great! Sanding/paint prep is definitely not on my fun to do list.

I need to repaint my front cap eventually on my '04 Camelot. Looks like we have the same three colors. If you have time could you post the paint type and color codes?

The Diamont paint codes are;
Biege DP7246
Charcoal DP7247
Metallic Red DP7408

In the end this body shop uses water based paint and just had their supplier come and take pictures and come up with a matching formula. It's not exact but some of it comes down to how the painter paints, etc. We're quite happy. It was really bad.

We're very happy with the results. I've decide that when you have metallic there will likely be very subtle differences. Some of it has to do with drop coat, etc. With that said we are very happy with the results.

It was painted outside and we just couldn't keep all the bugs, dust, etc off. We got way more than we paid for though IMO.
