My first DP HR Navigator 40

1999 H/R Navigator 40 equipped with Cummins ISM/Allison 4060, it has 66k miles.
Bought it from Dallas and drove home in California 1400 miles without issue. The motorhome handling very well in term of being passed by a semi and passing the semi.
My first RV was class C 26' gas own it for 15 years, this is my second.
These are the exterior and interior when I picked it up.

A older upper tier coach gives you the flexibility of updates of your choosing without busting the bank.
Looks like you did good.

There is some water damaged on the floor at the driver side area, I cut it out and replace. The floor is 1.5" thick.
The small area at the drive side (brake pedal) where I can't access, I drilled many 1/2" hole and injected the fiber glass resin for supporting.

We decided LVP flooring so don't have to worry much about the water.
I started to lay the floor from the passenger side.
