Need Coolant Overflow Tank for 2007 Monaco

So, I bought the beautiful used rig and found that a previous owner had stripped the plastic threads for the radiator coolant reservoir pressure cap. Now it won't hold pressure. I did some research and found the Monaco part number as 030823 - Coolant Reservoir. I have searched for a replacement and only found this $398 metal replacement tank. http://www.nwrvsupply.com/product/BU01806583ST.html

Does anyone know of another source or option for a replacement?

That sure looks like a $400 tank but I think I'd be inclined to search around under some hoods with the RV owners permission of course to find something I could make fit.
Maybe even looking through a catalog at an auto parts store.

Amazon has plenty of choices but you may need to fabricate some mounts as it wouldn't be an direct replacement. You should also find out the capacity. Some aren't listed.

I replaced mine with one similar to your attachment, it was direct bolt in and went without any modifications, expensive but a one time deal.

Source engineering has carried them for years and recently StoneVos (talin) is selling them. They are pricey, but mine was an easy swap out and excellent quality..
