Found it!
We finally found the origination point of the leak. After spending almost $1k on a unnecessary repair. PP&L claimed it was the windshield leaking and wanted $1,200 to fix. Took it to Ron Hoover had them do the repair for $800 just to figure out it wasn't needed . We end up fixing it with a $6 tube of roof patch cement.
2 decent rain storms later no leak and dry floorboard.
