Need help chasing down leak 99 HR Vacationer

I have been chasing a bad water leak on my Vacationer for over a year. I thought it was coming from the windshield but it has been resealed. The water concentrates on the driverside floorboard mostly and a little near the front passenger window. i have caulked windows around the driverside door. I meant to take a pic of the roof.

I'm thinking the drivers window needs resealed. That seam that runs into the top is a prime leaking spot. It could be leaking in the same place on the passenger side.

I'd take it off and find out what's below it. Then you can decide how to handle it. I've heard that Eternabond rarely leaks.

I would agree that it is likely the seam between the roof, front cap, and sidewall. I have had the same leaks, would run down inside wall to window then around window and leak out the bottom. had to replace part of the floor last year. This year when weather improves I am going to remove vinyl cover and check screws as I think they have probably rusted out. Good luck chasing leaks sucks. Joys of Rving. I have 2001 Diplomat.

I didn't realize there were Monaco coaches with a seam across the top of the roof. Mine is entirely one piece from the windshield back and over the rear of the coach.

Dennis then your roof, walls and caps must be all one piece. The prier diagram and what I was talking about is the join where the roof overlaps onto the sidewall. The awning track is mounted just above that join. Saw a Monaco owner repairing this joint while we were in Ottawa On in September. Screws had rusted out so he was replacing and recaulking. Saw him again in Nova Scotia and still was leaking but not as bad. Trouble with campground fixes without proper tools and equipment. Just my opinion, they always seem to come back.

I have a 2000 Vacationer with the same issue! Really interested in what you find.
We had both windshields replaced October 2018 didn't fix the drivers side leak.

I got a quote for a reseal for $500. Full reseal front and rear cap lights vertical seams. I'm not sure if it is a reasonable price or not. I will get more quotes as well.

Are those seams covered with eternabond? If so would find it hard to believe they are leaking. My 2001 Diplomat has a 2 pc aluminum roof, center seam and end cap joins covered with foil faced eternabond tape. Foil facing curled at edges but rubbery adhesive backing still super stuck and no sign of interior leaks at these joins. Mine leaked from the join under the trim piece that curves away from above the side window and continues down the side of the rv. Wet spot was right under the window and in the front corner. Good luck, Don

Does your HR have an aluminum roof or wood with rubber coating?

My 04 Admiral is leaking at near the same location driver footwell area at front corner everytime it rains heavy. I've removed and resealed side window, cleaned window channels only thing I haven't done is remove the curved trim piece above the window that travels the length of the MH. Going to break down and do that I guess when this rainy season stops here down south.
