I don't know your specific unit, but on our Windsor in the engine compartment on the rear left side there are two switches, one switch says forward and rear. If you have this switch make sure it's on forward. If it's on rear you will not be able to start. Also the other switch next to this one will start the the engine.
This is only a thought, keep us updated on how you are making out.
