First I would download a copy of your owners manual.
https://www.holidayrambler.com/owner.../owner-manuals
Monaco took great care in preparing the owners manual and they are much better than the typical automobile manual. Section 6 covers your electrical system.

I see on page 71 that you have a 7.5 amp TV relay cutout fuse. I'd start my trouble shooting there.
You should understand the intent of the system. The front TV power is disabled when the ignition is on. Also, on most of these coaches the TV outlet power is provided by the inverter system so that you can power the TV from batteries through the inverter. When you have 120v city or generator power, the inverter acts as a pass through.
Did your coach come with an inverter? It may have been an option on the Admiral.
Hope you figure it out.

I would check the connections in all of the receptacles that are or were
affected. I found that junctions were made inside boxes and behind
receptacles. Monaco likes to put false bottoms and backs in cabinets.
Some you can just pry up an edge and take it out while some are nailed
or screwed. I have a compartment under the kitchen counter for a trash
can the back and floor of the compartment come out and a junction box
is under there. Oh, this is in a slide but the box isn't, it's on the floor
under the slide
