Need Service In Minnesota
I Live in Minnesota, Not quite a fulltimer yet, I Need A REPUTABLE Service Center where I can get SOMEONE that knows something about My 2008 Dynasty. I Have Tried Teds Rv In Paynesville, Chesley In South St Paul, Bram billas In Shakopee as well as CUMMINS Coachcare In White Bear Lake . I HAVE FOUND ALL of the above NOT very knowledgeable with issues I have. I would Appreciate any info anyone has had with A Service Center here In Minn. I have had really GOOD Experience with Capitol Rv In Bismarck, ND, However I DON'T WANT TO DRIVE 450 Miles every time I need work done.
Please Advise.
FRUSTRATED IN MINNESOTA!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If anyone wants to call me, My Home# 952-442-2424, Please call collect, My Cell# 952-239-1776. Don't know if you can make a collect call to A Cell Phone.. My E-mail Dave952@broadband-mn.com
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.

You don't say what your issues are, which would help with a recommendation. Precision Frame and Alignment in Elk River is second to none if it has anything to do with your ride/steering or control. Ask for Dick. www.precisionframe.com
They don't work on the "house" or the engine. There is a Camping World in Rogers, MN (near Elk River) which I know nothing about, but a few blocks from Camping World is a truck center that the good folks at Precision Frame referred me to and whom I found to be knowledgeable and helpful. It was Boyer Trucks. Boyer Trucks They do a lot of repair work (chassis/engine) for diesel pushers.
I'm surprised you had a bad experience at Cummins Coach Care, as the center in Kansas City is reliable.

One of my issues, NO Heat in Bedroom, Only Cold Air, Fan working, When I asked Cummins, Tech said He knew nothing about it BUT He could probably look at it. Also My Electric Cord sometimes WILL NOT Reel in & Then at times will not come out. Again He left Me with the impression HE Had No idea where to start.
SOMETIMES you need to go with Your Gut------, So I Left without having them do anything. I called Captial RV In Bismarck, North Dakota & Corey advise Me to remove cover from Agua Hot & beat on the Check Valves, It was an immediate Fix for the heat problem.. Corey also stated they have replaced Motors for the Electrical Cord Reel, So I ordered a Motor, Hopefully that will fix that problem.
I Have had Coach Greased at Precision Frame In Elk River, They are First Class operation. Will check out Boyer In Rogers next time.....
Thanks for all the Info
