I don't see the windows you are talking about. I thought it was the windows directly below the solar panels. if the panels face south then the windows do too.

Shoot me a message when you get to AK, of you need any assistance.

And the passenger side was damaged which is facing the building in the picture. That building, in the picture, must be the neighbors and the window is in the wall below the solar panels. Unusual story but believable.

I looked carefully again and yes, the windows in the building behind the RV do resemble the other picture with the windows.
The passenger side is damaged but the RV has been turned around I guess.
Now the sun is blocked by the RV for the windows.

I am a converted believer now, mea culpa.

Gerard.

What are you people doing? If this problem was yours, you would feel terrible as well. Give them a break. I am sure that their insurance is not stupid and hopefully will pay them for their damages. If they have a claim, it will be paid. This forum is not the place to criticize and second guess them, based upon a few pictures that show so little. Are we starting to act like another forum that lowers themselves to this. Come on cut them some slack. I'm just glad it' s not my units problem. I hope the insurance pays so they can afford to hit the road and have a great RV year.

Look at pictures 2 and 6, those are the rear wheels and you are looking to the rear of the coach, that would make it the drivers side.

I totally agree. If you look at the reflections in the photos you can see the solar panels and the barrel tile on the roof.

That is incredible. Great that you were able to determine the cause before you moved it. Good luck with your insurance...
