I have been towing with Blue OX products for over 20 years. Good products and service. In this item I believe , You get what you pay for, buy only quality products. JMHO

We have the Blue Ox Avail to pull our Jeep Wrangler and we love it. It's a heavy duty tow bar but it is very easy to set up!!!

X4 on Blue Ox, the one I have will let you remove the attachment points, when they are removed you can hardly see the hitch.

Get a Roadmaster All Terrain. I used a Blue Ox for years, but many times I had trouble unhooking the towbar if I wasn't straight and level or there was any tension on the towbar. The Roadmaster easily releases in any condition. You can also get it with blue ox attachments. I bought a Rockhard bumper with the blue ox tow tabs for my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for about the same price as the Blue Ox tow plate. Great setup. The Roadmaster may cost a little more, but you get what you pay for.

Blue Ox here, with BO brackets bolted to aftermarket bumper. On a previous setup I towed from the D-ring lugs, which worked fine except for having to put the D-rings themselves on and off. Not a big deal, but one more thing to do.

I use a Roadmaster Falcon 2 on my Sahara. I use the Roadmaster optional cross bar with their Guardian shield. Covers the front of the Jeep. No rock chips for nearly 4 years now.

I also use the US Gear Unified Tow Brake.

We tow a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport using the Blue Ox Alpha 6,500 Tow Bar and the Blue Ox Base Plate. It's only 2 months old, however so far so good.

I have a cheap Reese bar. Used it for the first time this weekend. While it performed flawlessly, I can see where hooking it up, storing and using it all the time is going to get old. That said I'm sticking with it for now.
