New Member New to us HR Endeavor

Hello everyone, this is my first time joining a rv forum. With the birth of our 3rd child we sold our 1990 Fleetwood Bounder 34S and Purchased a new to us 2000 Holiday Rambler Endeavor 38cds one owner with 61k on her. Everything seems to be great except for two issues both of which I'm sure have been covered.
1. The living/kitchen slide is leaking at the top of the slide when retracted. I have replaced the worn seal, the slide out awning is getting re stitched
and I have re timmed both rails so that both sides of the slide touch at the bottom however the top left doesnt touch when retracted all the way in and is out about 1/2 -1 inch and the right is out about 1/4 - 1/2 inch.
2. what are the best auxiliary fans for the norcold for when temps are 90+ to keep from getting the no co error.

Looking forward to learning a lot from all of you and hopefully getting these issues addressed before we take our first real trip to the badlands in the next coming weeks before our oldest two girls go back to school.

The slide seal needs to be fixed. Do not rely on the topper awning to keep water out. The rubber seals should be flush to the wall, especially at the top. You can use an expanding slide stop to snug it up until you can fix it.

Hi ! Welcome to IRV2! We're sure glad you joined the gang!

Congrats on the new rig! Keep her between the ditches!

It sounds like your slideout needs adjustment if there is that much space between the seal and the slide!

Go over to the RV Systems area of the forum and look for info on Norcold cooling problems. Lots of discussion there!

Good luck, happy trails, and God bless!
