Hi everyone. My Wife Cheri and I just up graded from a 17" Desert Fox (Nash) to a new 35' Dune Chaser by McKenzie. We spent our first night in it when we got it, taking it on a very serious road to get to a realy beautiful secluded camp site. The trip was exciting to say the least. We are planning to join a get togeather here in Arizona this weekend the 23 dr - 26th at Roosevelt Lake. So we will get to spend a lot of time checking it out. I will be checking in to see what kind of ideas you all have on any thing I might want to modify. I think we are sighned up for the Monaco owners group but I have not got a reply back from anyone on the question of a web site they might have, do any of you know of one?
Have fun and hope to to a lot of you in our travels.

Kablewizard...
HUGE Congrats on your upgrade! I am sure Cheri is just as excited as you are - maybe even a little more than you! I went looking to see if you put up new pics on you webshots page ...let us know when you post pics from this weekend! <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">I think we are signed up for the Monaco owners group but I have not got a reply back from anyone on the question of a web site they might have, do any of you know of one? </div></BLOCKQUOTE>
I am not sure what you are asking...but I didn't see a request to be added to the Monaco group...
Anyway...I am excited for you ...and enjoy showing off your new rig next weekend!

Let's see.. Can you be a member of two?? I know McKenzie is a (1) FIFTH WHEEL TOY HAULER...yes? and it is a (2) MONACO brand....
I don't know why you can't be a member of both...(but then I am not a rule maker !!)
You may find a lot of ideas in the TT-Fifth Wheel group that you won't find here...but you may also find other stuff here that you may not find in the TT -5er area. You can at least participate in both...no matter what!

Thanks , I thought you ment on a Monaco site (which neither one of us has found}
I do not have any group name on my name , because I am a Moderator here, except for the great folks who have stepped up and became a wagon master for one of our rallies most of us don't I have made posts in the TT area already since we up graded from our old toy hauler.
Thanks again for the welcome and help, it made me feel like a newbie again
Have fun

Welcome aboard, Kablewizard. Glad to have you around.
I think the confusion about being a Monaco Group member comes from similar names for several different websites. If I may guess, maybe you're talking about a Monaco Group sponsored by Monaco or maybe the one(s) at Yahoo, and not the Monaco Forum group here? In any case, THIS is the RIGHT place to be!
I tried to join the Monaco-sponsored one but, being a lowly HR-owner, was denied. I am a member of the Yahoo group, but never did figure out their web-posting system so I stopped going there; the threads never followed each other and posts took forever to get listed. No diss'ing any of 'em, just that "ours is better"
Again, welcome!
Ron

I have the same problem with Yahoo groups. Someone refers me to a Yahoo group I just don't bother going.
Now I don't feel so bad about not being able to navigate Yahoo forums. Bet there are more of us.
