New to owning RV, need HELP

How come I have two breakers popped out on the inverter? We have no 110 shore power either. We know nothing about our RV and need some guidance and help!

Welcome to iRV2.

If you don't have users manuals for any appliances check out this web side for a operators manual.

Have you been using an electric heater on an inverted circuit ?
Vacuum cleaner?

new to owning rv

Welcome to IRV2 and to the adventures of owning a motorhome'
You have had an electrical overload. push the buttons back in to reset them. then you need to find out what overloaded your system. You can not run all of your systems at the same time.
Chapter 419 of the HRRVC has a Maintenance Session coming up April 28th-May5th this year in Goshen, IN. at the Elkhart County Fairgrounds, You can go to their website at www.ramblinpushers.org. for more specific info.
Please include your specific make and model in your request for help as each make and model are different. That way you will receive better info on your specific question.

What Make/Model/Year coach do you have, it would be a good idea to put this information in your signature line.

What is the charge state of the batteries, what voltage are they showing?

I would shut off all breakers in the main panel and unplug all appliances including the microwave.

Then turn on the main breakers to see if the power stays up. If it does start flipping one breaker at a time.

Hi often your inverter can make it seem like there is no power. As recommended those push breakers need to be reset, but it takes a bit to pop those. Follow your shore power pedestal breakers, then plug seated correctly, move into the coach, to the inside breakers then to the inverter. Also besides those push breakers your inverter likely has a GFI, and your coach does too - that can be popped. Just go step by step.

Are you in an RV park?

If so ask some of your neighbors for their help.

All of us were new to this at one time and your neighbors will probably be glad to assist you. You'll soon discover RVers are friendly people.

Hard to be very specific with assistance, with no idea of the coach, model, year or inverter model. Please add to your post. Thanks.
