Hi everyone,

Am I in the right place?? We recently purchased a 2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential 5th Wheel, built by Monaco. We are going to be keeping this rig stationary at our property in the southern Sierra Nevada, 3.5 hours northeast of Los Angeles (where we live the rest of the time). We are going to have a shed built over it, and will be hooking it up to our existing solar system, well, and septic system. We have no intentions of ever taking this unit out on the road.

Are there other HR owners out there doing this, especially at higher altitudes? We're at 6200'.

W've owned this property for 12 years, and have an existing, if ramshackle, 1950s park model there too.
