No 12 Volt Power!!!

Hi y'all! Newbies here with an electrical problem. We are new owners of a 2005 Holiday Rambler Scepter 40ft and we are hooked to shore power but we have no 12 v internally. Have 110 on all outlets, thinking the converter does not have power but cannot locate the converter to check. Have checked GFI's in bathroom and that is okay. Is there another GFI that we need to locate somewhere. Have searched the manual for clues and solutions with no luck. Anyone have any ideas for this? Thanks for your help in advance!

Check the salesman switch by the front door. It turns off the 12v inside.

Hopefully you have found (as the above response states) that your Salesman switch got bumped accidentally. But if that doesn't fix the problem, take a read here:

I have the same coach, year and model, the inverter is located in the Pass thru bay behind the slide doors , in the center of the bay. Like others who have suggested the salesmans switch or solenoid my be the issue, I would check these first.

Also have the same motorhome. Check the voltage into and out of the house main cutoff switch located in the last compartment on the passenger side of the motorhome. I have had to replace both the chassis and house cutoff switches.
