I get very little air out of my bathroom vent. After running for a while the vent itself is just warm not hot like the others. I don't like the way Monaco did the heating for the bath and bed rooms. The fan's blowing to beat the band but not much air comes out.
Oh yeah, I only have 3 zones but the bath and bed rooms are together on zone 3.

In our Camelot, the bedroom AquaHot heat exchanger is suppose to provide hot air to the bedroom, bathroom, and floor vent near the refrigerator. But in our case, the bathroom received most of the hot air and the bedroom was cold. Because all three floor vents are on a common duct, there was no way to distribute more or less air to any one vent. Adjustable vents would have been the answer for us, but to ensure the bedroom received its share of warm air a new vent was added at the heat exchanger. For a photo of the added vent go here:

Check to see that "furnace" is selected for all zones.
Check the thermostat settings for all zones to insure that the bathroom zone isn't set higher than the ambient temp.
Also check the led panel in the AquaHot compartment to see if the leds for all zones are on when you are heating all zones.
Our coach has a "stir pump" that actually keeps hot water running thru the bathroom radiator even when no heat is selected in that zone, it does so without running the fan. On our unit you can see the individual pumps for each zone in the AquaHot compartment and can tell if it is pumping water. If the problem is simply that the fan isn't coming on you may have to open the compartment and check for obstructions.
Another thing to check is the water level in the AquaHot tank. Ours was delivered about two gallons low!
