No dash fan

After parking for a few weeks when I start up my unit I have no dash fan. Everything else appears to be working ok I checked the fuse and that’s fine any thoughts.

There is a vacuum pump under the dash. There some times stick. It is near the blower housing, turn the system on and lightly rap on it. Mine did that I've time and has worked ever since.
One tech described it as looking like a pistol, I can't think of a better one.
