No low beam headlights

I have a 2007 Dynasty. Both the daytime running lights and low beam headlights stopped working.

I replaced the Hamsar daytime running lights relay, I first swapped out a headlight bulb (just in case), printed the test instructions for the Smart Wheel , (I have the Multiplex system SM211 Controller). Ran the test and all seems to work fine. Then we pulled the harness plug up at the headlights... Put light test probe into each hole in harness...one lit which was the parking lights, a second lit which was the high beams, but when we inserted the probe into the third hole..nothing lit. So it seems that after the controller, there is no power getting to the low beam wire up at the headlights. Any suggestions? My only thought is maybe the circuit board that the hamsar relay is plugged into might be bad. When we put power to the relay, there was no clicking sound? I had a similar situation when my dash blower would not work and it ended up to be that circuit board. My question is there anything else I can look at?
