Short answer, yes I had an intermittent salesman switch issue.
In the past I have expressed my gratitude for this forum and I am once again going to say that for me, the Monaco owners forum has been invaluable. One of the best things about it has been the chance to get to know Bill Willard. If you spend some time on this forum, you will find that Bill has helped many a Monaco owner. I have called him on three separate occasions with one problem or another. Bill has been generous with his time, and his advice. Others including Happy Cars and I think Windsor Bill have weighed in on one problem or another. I likely qualify as the least tech minded owner of all Monaco owners and I hate to think about where i would be and have been without the support of this group. For the most recent problem, the salesman switch was causing me fits and because all inside lights including indicator lights on the Magnitec and the Intelletec utilize 12 volt dc, I chased a non-problem with respect to shore power. In the end, thanks to Bill and some pictures I was able to bypass the stitch. There is thread on this forum where Bill provided a pic of the solenoid bypassed and if another neophyte is faced with this problem, don’t fret because if I can do it, ANYONE can. Find the solenoid bypass thread, follow the instructions or message me directly and I will try to be 1/l2 half as helpful as Bill was to me, and that will get er done.

Switch obviously, not stitch. Fat fingers get me every time

Thank you. That clears up any confusion and makes the solution way more valuable when others have this intermittent problem.
