Phillip,
Were you connected to city water or running from the tank? If the tank, did you have the water pump on?
If I remember correctly, the water solenoid is 120vac. Have someone who is okay with electrical test the solenoid. I usually have a test cord with an inline switch an lugs on the ends. I remove the wires from the solenoid and put my test cord in place, then push the test button and listen for the solenoid to click. I also remove the hose going to the ice maker so I can see water come out. This will tell you if the solenoid is working correctly.
If that is working correctly, the next thing to test would be the ice maker itself. Since the ice maker only works on 120vac, be careful when power is applied. If you have a spare or can get a spare ice maker, they are easy to change, just swap them out. The ice maker that is used in most household fridges is the same one that is used in the RV fridge. One other thing, remove the cover from the electronic board in back, there are 2 fuses there, one for 12v and one for 120v. If the fridge does work on AC then the 120v fuse is okay, if it doesn't the that fuse might be bad. Good luck and keep us up to date with the fixes.
