Fresh water is on. Toilet holds water but does not fill.
First time used since winterized and not sure where the hoses are located on washer without pulling the unit out?

The water is directly behind the unit.

Are you sure everything was winterized properly ? Have you tried hooking up to city water or are you running off the tank ?

Did you winterize the coach or someone else??

Might check the Manabloc which has valves to shut off water to each circuit.

Monaco used a Manabloc water distribution system. It's a large grey assembly with several red valves (hot) on one side and several blue valves (cold) on the other. Grey Pex hoses attach to each valve and are routed through the coach to each water appliance.
Your Manabloc is located somewhere in your basement near the water system.
It's possible someone turned off the individual valves to your toilet and washer while servicing it.
I would check that each valve is turned on and has water flowing. There should be a small Manabloc wrench attached and you can use it to turn on or off any of your water lines.

My toilet and WM cold are on same distribution block valve pretty much only shared valve in whole coach. My labeling for these was all wrong though. It was pain in the butt to re-lable these alone and double check them.
On side note my Splendid washer has small plastic screen baskets that pull out of it hose connections. I have access hatch right above back of dryer to work on hoses and remove/clean dryer lint screen.
