Norcold 1200 Door Latches

We have a Norcold 1200 4 door refrigerator in our 2005 Endeavor. When closing the bottom right door the bottom left door frequently comes unlatched. Not completely unlatched, just to the first catch. This happens on the upper doors also. So every time we use the refrigerator and close a door we have to press each other door to make sure they are completely latched. Is there an adjustment or fix for this problem? I have searched this and other sites and have not found a solution.

I don't have that problem but after a while we just got in the habit of pushing the doors in when not sure they're closed. And when I say habit - I mean it's a part of the psyche now. We both seem to know - the door was opened and closed by one - the other observes it. Next time passing by - the doors instinctively get a push. Lol. Surprised we don't do it at home.

Doing a little more investigating I find that with all 4 doors completely latched, if you push in on either right hadn door the corresponding left hand door pops open to the first catch. The top and bottom doors do the same thing. Pushing a left hand door does not pop open the right hand door. Can't believe this is intentional.

I think we're developing the same habit. The only problem is when you check one door the other pops open. Sometimes when you re-close the second door the first pops open.
