Numerous Issues with Baroness
Purchased our new (used) 2002 Monaco Dynasty Baroness a few days ago. Everything worked great at the dealer. Today, all three slides will not extend; radio, power shades, air horns, passengers foot slide, outside temperature gauge/compass also do not work. Have checked the one circuit breaker on the invertor and it is OK. All interior/exterior lights, TV's, Blue Ray player work. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated as dealer's service department is closed until Monday. Still learning the various locations of breakers.

Try the battery disconnect (aka salesman switch) at the door entry. Sounds like you may have it turned off.

Glad you're aboard. If it's not the salesman switch then I would check the ground cables. Also check each of the battery cells with a hydrometer to make sure they aren't bad. Best of luck in a solution. Enjoy your adventures and be safe.

Agreed... plus (if the switch is on) check the solenoid that the switch is connected to. Mine had to be replaced (pretty common). Some folks wire around the solenoid because they don't need/want the battery disconnect. On my unit, the solenoid is located in the battery compartment.

His interior lights are working so it's NOT anything to do with the Salesman Switch or the relay it activates.
Most of the stuff that you state that is not working is Chassis stuff.
I would verify that your Chassis battery is fully charged first and then go from there.
Please report back.

If that solved your problem then are you SURE your interiors 12 VDC lights were working correctly as you stated in your very first post?
The Salesman Switch at the door is used to turn off all interior 12 VDC systems. It is a convenience switch made for Salesman to easily turn off ALL interior stuff, lights, etc. with one switch after showing the coach to a perspective client.
Curious minds would like to know.
Glad it solved your problem BUT just sayn' something is not Kosher.

Glad it solved your problem. Lucky guess. Richard I agree something is not kosher. I missed on the first read that the lights were working. Oh well at least it solved the problem.

Hi Dr4Film - actually the only lights that did not work are the two above the drivers seat using the switch on the panel. All lights in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom continued to work with the salesman's switch in off position.

Then I suspect that you have more than one relay that is activated by the Salesman switch which is not operating correctly.
My coach only has one relay which I bypassed years ago to eliminate losing my 12 VDC at a very inconvenient time which happened a few times to me.
Some of the coach models above me have two relays to disconnect all 12 VDC.

I have had a few issues with my switch as well as it seems to trip without warning on occasion. I am wondering if the inverter is on when it trips would it operate the interior lights? I am totally new to this so I am asking for my own information/education.
Thanks,
Alan
