Oil Pressure Sender

I own a 2005 Monaco Dynasty Diamond IV with a 400 Cummins ISL. My oil pressure gage is pegged to the right. I verified that the sender is bad by removing the wires and grounding to the engine block. I called Monaco Parts and got the part # 01803694 for the cost of $147. Does anyone know where I can get a aftermarket sender that will work or am I force to buy Monaco's sender.

Google -" Ron the bus nut" he has a lot of spare parts for a lot of different vehicles. He had the obsolete oil sending unit for my 01- 330 hp Cummins no one else had. Good luck!

I went to his website but not see the sender. I'll call later today to see if he may have it. Thank you for the info.

Register your engine and you can find every Cummins part number "as built" including running changes.

A quick Google for a sender shows $40 to $113...but you need the correct part number.

I bought a sender from cummins for my 2003 400 isl that required a rewire and flash of them computer. And it still did not work ended up putting in a scan guage to keep an eye on my oil pressure

my sender on my '04 HR Imperial with a Cummins ISL went out back in 2011. In my case, the analog gauge went to zero, while my Aladdin read 55psi. It turns out that the sender has two terminals on it. One is analog, and the other is a simple switch. At that time, the simple switch fed the aladdin, which was defaulted to a 55psi reading, sort of an idiot light. My replacement was a VDO 360-023 which has a 0-150 psi range, and my analog gauge is 0-150psi. This sender is available at a number of on-line vendors for less than $50
