The 120 volt system will have household style breakers.

In my experience most water pumps need at least a 10 if not 20 amp circuit. There are thermal auto reset ATO fuses. Such a device may exist in the fuse box. If you don't know where it's at, you need to learn.
My 12 volt fuse box is exterior road side at the front. There is nothing in there that states anything to do with the water pump. I was hoping there was a re-settable fuse in a location that would not be obvious or easily found as can often be the case with these older rigs.

Bob's post #2 describes a great test. You should perform it. For additional information, see this post from Myron (with diagram), on this similar thread.

My coach is a little newer than your's. I have the front run box with fuses, but the water pump fuse is in the back bedroom closet. I don't know if you have the intellitec system or not.

The auto reset fuse monaco originally put in, was in place of the ATO fuse. It would reset itself after cooling down. Apparently it was fairly common to under size the fuse at 5 amp because the tech I had talked to was familiar with the issue.

Thank you Mark, that is very helpful. For people that are electrically minded this stuff is probably a piece of cake...me not so.

Well, I’m sure you already looked at this, but I’ll mention it anyway. Same thing happened to my Camelot a couple weeks ago while camping. I lost all power to pump. I figured it was the pump. So I went out and started to pull the main wires from the pump. As soon as I grabbed the wire the pump came on. Wel needless to say, that was the easiest fix yet for my RV. I just sanded the connections and sprayed some contact cleaner on the spade clip. All good. I hope you have the same problem.

DaveBunker, I just installed the new pump in May and I made sure all connections were good. I'm glad I kept the old pump as installing the new one didn't fix the problem.
This thread has given me some good things to try so hopefully I can get past this issue.
