square hole for the various switches for the instrument panels around the drivers seat?

I recently changed out my left side drivers panel (same exact as your picture).
Originally the switches were individually cut, probably with a laser .
Not a very good option for a DIY.
So what I did is get some of these.
They come single, double, triple, etc.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

After I had them in hand, I placed them on the panel and traced the outside. Then carefully drilled a starter hole in each corner and used a jig saw to cut it. The blade I used was small teeth and run the jig saw slowly. I found if you run the saw fast, it heats up the plastic panel and it fuses itself together after the blade passes. Did the same for all the other switches/controls. Tedious, but not too difficult.

Not aware of any online services but look for a trophy shop in your area. They should have that kind of plastic and either a laser or mechanical router to cut it.

It is not hard to repair the panels. I used some aluminum and epoxy to repair this one on my previous 2003 diplomat. The material I covered them with is 3M Dinoc which you can buy on Amazon or eBay. It is very easy to use. There are many different colors and patterns to choose from.

Check and see if there is a 'maker space' in your area. They often will have the equipment needed to laser cut the acrylic.
