Opinions on 2009 Beaver Contessa

In the used market for a DP and wanted opinions or actual usage on a non tag 2009 Contessa. Issues, concerns, etc. going to look at one later this week, so wanted to be, at least, slightly educated.

Monaco purchased Safari along with Beaver Coach in 2002.
In 2009 the Beaver Contessa was available in four models from 40'-43', so you want to ask the sub-model. They are all equipped with the Caterpillar 425 engine and Allison six speed MH3000 transmission.
Beaver coaches are known for beautiful hardwood interiors.

You would be hard pressed to find a better built coach in todays market.
