I looked at some but they couldn't tow a 10k race car trailer. The propane Genset also was a negative in My opinion.
The real deal is what are you going to use it for? It might be perfect for what you are doing. Although if you are talking about spending 30k then I'd keep looking for a diesel pusher with a diesel genset. Just my opinion. There are plenty of higher end coaches out there for cheap. I'd take my 99 Windsor over a newer gasser any day.
Good luck and take your time.

We had a 2000 34' Lapalma gas unit with gas geneator. It had the Ford V10 engine which ran very well but could only do about 50MPH going up steep hills pulling a Jeep Cherokee. Also the ride and handling (this applies to any gasser) was nowhere close to a diesel pusher. When parked at a campsite it worked very well. Had a microwave and two TV's but no inverter. The water, waste and leveling systems were similar to diesels. Has double pane windows but the vinyl graphics don't hold up whereas full body paint with clearcoat found on most later model diesels will look new for many years. When we sold ours I was determined to get a diesel pusher next time due mostly to the ride and handling. The Endeavor we ended up with couldn't be a better machine in all respects.

We've had our 2006 LaPalma gasser almost a year now. Gas genny and inverter. Workhorse W22 with the 8.1. The previous owners took very good care of it. Our longest trip has been FL to ME and back with no issues and avg of 8 mpg but only towing a motorcycle. I do want to add better shocks and a rear stabilizer for a more comfortable ride. Other than that, just general maintenance that you would do on any gas MH that age.
No buyers remorse at all.
