I don't think I've heard anyone else commenting on height, so may be that mine is some sort of custom.

Maybe we could trade desk-for-couch
Pretty much feel the same about our desk also. Not very usable for us.

IMHO this item will be the most difficult to satisfy if you really like to cook. Our 2000 Beaver Patriot Thunder has a huge kitchen by the standards of most modern MH designs (I can show you a floorplan if you wish). I think that MH designers figure that most people go out for dinner or cook outside on a grill. As full-timers that is neither affordable nor practical, especially in the winter. But, nonetheless we constantly see MH's with minimal counter and cabinet space.

BTW, our Beaver would meet all your criteria except that our walnut cabinets might be a bit dark for your taste and the coach is probably older than you would want to start with. But don't rule out a well cared for older, high end MH. We've put lots of updates into ours and some day we'll have to sell it. So those "plums" are out there if you look for them.

Hey, I called dibs first, John .

Ok, I stand corrected about others commenting on height. Have you looked into removing the desk, or changing the height?

Lol. I am stuck with ours due to the window configuration behind it.

That's where I'm stumped, too. Window-sill doesn't gain much for height. Hoping to find someone that's already done it, and wanted to know what/how they did it.

Don't forget the HR Endeavor lineup. Lots of variables of course.

We have done some serious remodeling to make it more full time freindly.

Yes, I believe that some remodeling may be necessary for us to make it just they way we like. But I don't believe that the Endeavor has a side radiator which is one of our must haves.

A side radiator would be nice but it really has not made it that difficult to service. My fuel filters are in easy reach. Changing the belt was a trick with just one person but I managed.

I keep my radiators spotless.

I think Endeavors past 08 should have tag axles. They rated mine at 40 ft and the 09 became a 42 footer I think. It has taken a lot of mods to tame this terrible driving monster. It behaves now but there are many models that will need some mods.
