P/L Relay on 2000 Holiday Rambler End. DP

Trying to learn what a P/L relay controls.

The relay is located in the big fuse/relay box installed by Monaco in the driver side front storage bay. There are 3 relays on the right side of the box, labeled ACC, IGN, and P/L.

I don't have a Holiday Rambler wiring diagram showing this. Anyone know what the P/L relay controls?

Thanks

Fred

Fred,

Would be possible for you to post a picture of the relay and its location on the circuit board? Maybe then someone would be able to point you in the right direction.

Regards,

Sure, here's a picture of the relays. Trying to determine what the P/L relay controls.

Fred,

It is possible that this is your parking light relay.

Why don't you pull it out and see what stops working?

Yep. I'll give that a try. It appears the abbreviation "P/L" is not too common. If I learn what it controls, I'll post back here.

Thanks for the posts.

I looked at your block diagram, but by the time I enlarged it, it became too grainy to read. My coach is 9 years older that the diagram also. Thanks.

Today I turned on headlights (which also turned on parking lights and top side clearance lights, and then pulled the P/L relay. The relay was energized as I could hear the relay click when I pulled it. The only thing that changed was the top side clearance lights went out. Still had parking lights and head lights.

I did not try the porch light.

Thanks for all the ideas.
