Passenger shade housing broke

Yikes! Just raised electric passenger side shade and the plastic housing on it that holds it in place broke. Any ideas where to go for replacements?

When mine broke it looked like I would have to replace the whole thing as its all plastic. JB Weld did the trick. When the other side broke used a 2 part epoxy that a friend had in his tool box😎

There made by CareFree, there called Power Smart Visor, just check on line several venders and Carefree sell them, the old ones you have are plastic ends, the new ones are metal, the new ones don't have that round motor on the end, so your replacement can be slightly larger, so when you order them make sure your getting the larger size, if I recall mine measured 36" (the blind part), the new ones are 41" because they don't have that motor sticking out the end, it's been a year. I tried to repair my broken one it lasted 2 days, then on the next trip the other side fell onto the dash, a replacement of both is in order there not hard to install

This has been going on for years. Mine broke on the old Safari and I used two tie wraps with eyes and screwed the end up. Then I did the other three too. No more problems on that coach. Pulled up snugly they look just like an original bracket.

When we got the Dynasty I did them preemptively. Having one let loose with a shade partially down while driving...not something I would like to see.

Murphy says it will fail at the worst moment. Preemptive strike... all four ends before he does the deed.
