I was able to find document online on how to tighten it up and parts list Etc. I managed to tighten the spring without removing the toilet like it said you needed to in directions but it was frustrating and not much room for even my kind of small hands.Attachment 375591

Mine is a Sealand Traveler. I cant find model number anywhere. can someone name the model?

Urine stinks everytime you re-wet it. Your flapper is the main problem but while you have that thing out clean every last millimeter of it. Urine splashes so you can either give up some manhood and sit down or clean up the outside of it often. Mine has a plastic shroud around it so it didn't even show.

Seals look dry and crudded up. Did find screws missing out of spring cartridge which let it go back past centre and that could have been the biggest culprit of the leak.

Is your aim good?

I'd be removing all that carpet and put something else down that is easier to keep clean.

My mom and dad ordered it new. They loved their carpet. I would have much rather seen all ceramic floors. One day when I get ambitious.

In fact mom and dad still have shag carpet in their house,, LOL
