I'll be leaving for NC in a week, so I'll make the change. Should have asked the question long ago. I've been all over the country with it this way and finally decided I needed to get some good advice.
Thanks for all your help

When you do get some of that excess weight off your drive axle, onto your tag, you could drop your drive tire, and tag tire pressures closer to the chart on the wall.

good question, I looked at that and thought that's not right and forgot about it 9600lbs. It was heavy and I took it across the Rockies several times with a modified 99 Dodge 3500 dually and Lance Camper.

First, get reweighed, fully loaded, full water and fuel, empty grey and black. Then you can start making adjustments. That weigh slip is from 2019 if I am reading it correctly.

Made you a pressure/ loadcapacity list, with my own pigheaded but better system.
Calculated 90% of loadcapacity for the pressure with my extra safe calculation.
Given per axle, so dont devide yourselfes
295/80 R 22.5 H-load
Single axle/psi... /Dual axle
3339 lbs/ 25 psi / 5919 lbs
3931 lbs/ 30 psi / 6968 lbs
4517 lbs/ 35 psi / 8008 lbs
5100 lbs/ 40 psi / 9041 lbs
5679 lbs/ 45 psi / 10067 lbs
6254 lbs/ 50 psi / 11087 lbs
6827 lbs/ 55 psi / 12102 lbs
7397 lbs/ 60 psi / 13113 lbs

8530 lbs/ 70 psi / 15122 lbs
9094 lbs/ 75 psi / 16121 lbs
9656 lbs/ 80 psi / 17116 lbs

Now you've made it very easy for me, great advice. Yes, 2019 was the only time I used the scales. Traveling was restricted since then except for a trip to Ogunquit ME 2021. I wasn't aware of the full function of the tag.

What I forgot in my post #19, is next.
The list is made for using maximum speed of tire, most tires of these sises have speedcode L for max speed 75mph.
So if I would make a list for max reserve with still acceptable comfort and gripp, it would be 90 % using of loadcapacity for 99mph is 4 loadindex steps lower maxload used for single load.
Then it would lead to even higher pressures.

Hit 75 only a few times to get out of the way on a pass. Probably less now with the fuel prices. Tires Rated at 75.

To give you an idea of what the pressure on the TAG airbags do next.
Example, tag axle 4 foot behind drive axle, and distance front to drive axle 16 foot, so 4 times as much.
Then if you give tag airbags that much more psi that weight on tag goes 4000lbs higher, then front axle 1000 lbs higher weight and drive 5000 lbs lower weight..
Then if loading is same as in 2019, you bring drive axle below GAWR, in 2019 was overloaded.
Front still below GAWR.
Then I would write down howmuch psi you put on tag suspension, so if you want to do some severe stering, you can lift the tag axle, and bring tag psi back afterward to get the right weightdivision over the 3 axles again.

It’s good that you’ve finally decided to sort this out. Did you have any concerns about carrying 23.8K on a 20K axle for the past 3 years?

YUP!
Ideal is for each axle to carry the same percent of its GAWR. Adding to tag weight removes weight from the drive axle and adds it to the steer axle (just want you need).
