I talk about this some in the video, but you're correct it's more difficult to do those than the forward ones.

Steps in summary:

1) Keep bolts on the front mounts loose
2) Loosen the rear/trans mount bolt on one side, remove it entirely on the other side (the one you're changing)
3) Jack up the engine from the rear - I found that the bellhousing area was a strong enough cast area to do this

You should be able to get enough height of the engine to remove the top portion of the mount. I would only do one side at a time so as to help keep the engine from moving around too much.

Also in my video I show what the total product/layers for the rear mounts looked like - harder to describe but essentially layers of polyurethane and steel. The rears are more complicated than the fronts.
