Poor boost
Boost is running 14 pounds max. Shifts at 2200 RPMs. Manifold temp is 109F.
I'm hoping just an air leak on the turbo cooler?
Other things to look for?

Jeff,
It might be a air leak but with the high intake temp it causes me to
think turbo problems.

Check your exhaust manifold for cracks. Also check all hoses and clamps on your air intake and the cac rad as well. Mine did the same thing and it was a cracked exhaust manifold.

Is 109F considered hot for the intake manifold?

Intake should be something under 90 F in most cases.

The turbo is very expensive to replace. If it was me. I'd key a shop you trust to get this done right. You have an issue somewhere.

On my SilverLeaf, my intake on an ISL runs between 22-26 degrees warmer tha outside temp. I can almost use it as an air temp gauge.

This is right on the money. Rule of thumb is 20-30 degrees above ambient air temp.

With three other guys saying their manifold temp is 110 -130 or 20 - 30 above ambient the first statement must be a typo. IIRC my Silverleaf reports about 109.

Assume you did check for a plugged air filter? That would be first on my list.

As we know the turbo spins by exhaust gases. If the EGTs are too cold then the turbo will not spin up and make boost. A diesel needs fuel to heat those EGTs so if that fuel filter is partially blocked it not going to make boost. Do you have two fuel filters? When were they changed last.

Two filters. I'm going to have them replaced and cut them open to check for slime. The coach did sit quite a bit before me.
Both fuel filters and the air filter were changed last April. Antifreeze changed to final charge in November. I've been driving this coach for about a year and just thought it was a bit doggy (350HP and 40,000# rig). I plan on taking it to Cummins in either Tampa or Ocala.
One thing of note. The filter changes were done by Detroit Diesel in Ocala (changed fluid to Transynd) and the lube job I was charged for did not appear to be done when I was under the rig at Josams. . Oil looks black too so I have no way of verifying that was done.
Detroit diesel said the old air filter was trashed.
I do get partial boost (14). I will try to examine hoses and report back.
