Portable Satellite Dish Wiring-2013 HR 36SBT

I'm looking to use my portable DTV dish in our new coach and would like to find out if anyone has a neat way of getting the coax to the TV in the Living Room. My cable coax input is in the rear compartment and the TV is on the right hand slide-out

I put my portable antenna on the roof. Pull coax in where there is a gasket on the slide.
Temporary, but works everywhere I park. Antenna on roof keeps sticky fingers away.

Thanks, I'll look at my slide and see what's involved.
