Power Gear Leveling Jacks -Problem

I am experiencing a problem with the front jacks on an 04 endeavor. I have the power gear system. The driver jack does not extend at the same time as the passenger side jack, therefore the driver side is lower than the passenger side. This is a system with only one control for the front jacks and each rear jack has a control button to regulate each individually. Any suggestions on what might be the problem. Where is the tank located for the oil supply? There is a canister inside the rear engine radiator doors on the right had side with an oil stick, but not sure this is for the jacks. Please advise. If it is a spring return system make sure that neither front spring is broken or binding. Does your system have grease fittings? If so, have you lubed them lately? Have you cleaned the pistons recently?

Ditto on the lube if you have fittings and I wipe my pistons with silicone fairly regularly. I can tell the difference if I do not do this.

My canister for the oil does not have a dip stick. It has a screw on top for sight checking of the oil level. With the pressure build up I think it probably would not have a dip stick. Keep looking.

Thanks for all the information regarding my recent jack extending problem.
With the suggestions, I have solved the problem by greasing and lubricating the cylinders. Thanks again.

Our manual says to 'lube the leveling jacks once a month'. While I am not the best to keep track of time, I do keep an eye on the jacks. When they are slow to raise or do not raise all of the way, I know that it is past time to lube them.
