Power Seat Trouble

We parked our coach in the driveway last week. Today I went in and heard a buzzing sound. Turns out, the driver's side power seat motor (Forward/backward) was running. The seat was not moving, the motor was HOT. I moved the switch forward/backward and let go and the motor stopped. (the seat was not all the way back or all the way forward)

The motor will now run when I use the switch but the seat will not move.
I am guessing I stripped a gear or something and need to crawl under to find out.

Are parts readily available? or do I need to buy the whole unit?
Has anyone had this happen before?

Thanks everyone, and particularly those who served as we honor you and your fallen brothers on Memorial Day.

I just stripped the nuts that the screw gear goes into that adjust the foot rest on my flexsteel seats. I sent them an email and they sent me replacements free of charge.

I went and googled flexsteel. They came up. No phone number but email contact. It took four days to respond. They were very nice.
