Power steering pump

Need help with this power steering pump bypass valve. Its on my 96 Dynasty that has a 8.3L 325hp Cummins. The pump is belt driven and operates the steering box as well as the cooling fans. This bypass valve screws in on the bottom of the pump between 2 fittings. As you can see the O rings are brittle and fluid leaks past this valve.
Do any of you recognize this bypass valve or know what make and model pump was used on my Dynasty?
So far y'all are batting a 1000 with your help and advice on previous problems with this motor coach.

Yeah there were suppose to be a couple of pics on my post. I'll have to figure out how to do that and re-post my thread.
