Quartzsite 2015

Before we forget and make other non-important plans, let's synchronize our calenders:

The 2015 Quartzsite RV show will be on from January 17th to the 25th.

Personally we will turn up on the 15th because we want "a good seat"

For all you "Monacoers" who never attended this venue: Stop doing what you are doing, and go and get the calender out. Until you try it you don't know what you are missing

Here are the coordinates of the place we usually occupy:
33°37'8.97"N
114°12'32.83"V

See you all there.

Well it looks like we will miss this year. No circle of giants

Angie and I will see you all in 2016, the coach is staying on the East coast this year and we are doing some Habitat for Humanity work in Dec/Jan. so coming West is out of the picture.

Have fun...you GREAT bunch of friends !

Deb and I are coming again. Great time with great people. We feel so fortunate to have met so many wonderful people and learned so much about our coach.

Linda and I plan on stopping over. We camp with two other groups down the road. One being the Good Sam Hams and the other being the Gordon West Ham Radio Operators desert rally. We have been going to Quartzsite for over 40 years. Long before there was a White Tent RV show. First went there with my science class camping ( outing) in high school. In those days over 54 years ago we would take a cardboard box with a hole in it over and behind a hill to use our own privy. The area has changed now has a McDonalds and lots of RVs for sale. Of course lots of "rocks" and jewelry supplies for sale. The BEST part of it all is all the people from all walks of life you will see and meet there. deSanford

Will there be cookies at this outing? If so, I'll head on over once again.

With the growing number of motor homes, 5th wheels and other?, a need for a larger area may be needed. The area just behind were we last year is much larger could easy hold the 40+ & less dust from the road. Something to think about.
Come join us and learn from other how to make life a little easier when living on the road, saving on repairs you can do yourself.
