Quartzsite question
The 3M Film Front Mask on our SIG is a mess. Does anyone know if there will be any body at Quartszsite who will be going around the area and can do a good job of removing the vinyl mask? We sure would like to find someone to remove ours. It really looks awful.
If you know of someone who will be doing this or know where we can find someone at Quartzsite, please let me know.

My wife and I just removed ours on our 99 Dynasty, removal was a real task. 60 hrs and a repaint. Tried heat, no good way. Just peel a small piece at a time. Called 3m for new one installed will be 750.00. Will not do that again.
New paint job looks good with no 3M. Lucky I have a shop and could repaint my self. Paint alone was over 600 dollars.
Good luck

I've heard that a steam iron works, pick one up at a garage sale ; don't use your DW's

And remember to remove and dry it when not on the highway.
PO, had not done this and the steam heat from the bra drying in place , blistered the clear coat.

I would never use a bra again. If you get any sand or dust inside it will eat away the paint. Mine left fine lines in the paint. Bad choice.
