Hello
Newbie here from Arkansas. Just retired and plans are to be in Quarzsite for the RV show in Jan. Plans are to buy a new rig motorhome/or fifth wheel. Would be interested in camping close to you guys since you sound like fun and educate me on a motorhome purchase. Never been that far west, can you tell me how to get to the spot your group will be camping at?

Here's the spot where the group tries rendezvous. Mike "Drifter" is likely to the first one there and stake out a patch of desert for us. Click the link to get the latitude/longitude for your GPS. Mike will update the location once he's situated and post the info in this thread. Stay tuned.

Monaco Quartzsite Location

I'm sure that everyone there will be delighted to offer coach purchasing guidance!

I don't travel 1985+ miles to pay to camp when there are "14 Day FREE" locations all around Quartzsite.
When I get set up I'll post where we are and you all can come visit, (or NOT)! LOL

Quartzsite Camping Verizon Data Availability

Does anyone know if Verizon's data service is available at the Monaco campsite in Quartzsite? Thanks.

Verizon's Data Service Does Work

Don,

Yes, it does. We've used our MiFi Personal Hotspot there two years running. AT&T cell phone service also works. Don't know about any of the other services.

Yes it is. We use their regular data service and it works fine.

We are planning to come a bit sooner and stay a bit longer. Had a great time last year meeting everyone, hoping for better weather for campfires etc. Will bring some wood for the pile.
