Radiator cooling fan blade replacement suggestions

[Mod Edit] 2008 monico diplomat, cummins 400 isl, roadmaster chassis. One of my blades has a piece missing. It is a constant speed fan, no clutch, rear radiator.

What does fan look like .Share a pic . I know multi-wing supplied side radiator fans for many years. They sell individual parts owners have got new parts from them. Source engineering sells rad fans that use up significant less horsepower more for rear radiators.
Here's fan listed for ISL
https://www.ebay.com/itm/18572792601...mis&media=COPY
Theres a couple multi-wing blades listed as well.

I just put the new fan from Source Engineering on my 2008 Diplomat last year and I’m really happy. Incredible reduction in noise level.
Mine was missing a small piece from one blade as well.
Good luck!

Tom,

I can get that for you when I get home.

I just called Jim at Source and he actually had me measure the blade. I believe it was 31 inches across?? He had asked me a couple of questions and thought he knew which one I needed but wanted me to measure to be sure.

I installed it myself in about 1 hour. Old blade came right out the inside hatch with the removal of 1 bracket that secured a radiator hose. I did have to remove the closet doors to get the second hatch up for access. That took as much time as the blade replacement itself.

Do not drive, your fan is out of balance. Another piece comes off and goes through the rad, You will not be a happy camper.

Get a multi-wing fan blade now.
Happy travels

I installed the Source Engineering fan blade many years ago.

MPG went up, noise went down 5 db, acceleration went up, downhill slowing from the drag was reduced.

Depending on your model, I have pictures that might help.

Our Endeavor is a SKQ model.

Just be careful on what part of the country you will be traveling, the noise is high on the original because of the amount of air it is moving, less noise equals less air movement. If you don't drive in the deep South, and when it is the hottest part of the year you will probably be ok. The noise is air movement.
